We can't take credit for this one. We found this recipe online and it just sounded so student we couldn't not share it with you all. All praise goes to the genious that thought of this. Link at the bottom of post. Enjoy! :)
1 cup vodka
1/2 kg chicken (boneless)
Lime 2 or 3 (sliced)
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 strands coriander leaves
1 green chilly (optional)
1 spoon vinegar
2 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoon olive oil
Wash the chicken.
Add salt, vinegar and cornflour to the chicken, mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.
Take oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces.
Meanwhile, spread the sliced lime on a pan to char it.
Once charred add 1/2 cup vodka to de-glaze the pan.
Add the fried pieces of chicken and mix well.
Add salt, pepper, chopped green chilli and the parsley. Close the lid of the pan and cook
on low flame until parsley leaves water.
Add the remaining vodka and cook without lid on high flame until water dries.
Put the flame off and pour one spoon olive oil on top.
