¼ bunch Kale
10g Spinach Leaves
100ml Coconut Water
1. Peel and roughly chop the lime and apple. Roughly chop the cucumber.
2. Trim the stem of the kale and chop
3. Add all of your ingredients into the blender and whizz together until smooth
4. Serve and enjoy.
