What you will need: Pan with a lid Sharp Knife Garlic Clove Crusher Sieve Wooden Spoon Ingredients: Frozen Prawns (200g) Medium Onion x1 Garlic Clove x1 Red Pepper x1 Oil (Two Tablespoons) Butter (15g) Curry Powder Mild (1 Teaspoon) Basmati Rice (200g) Water (400ml) Peas (100g) Fresh Ground Black Pepper x1 Salt to season (Optional) Instructions: 1. Defrost the Prawns by leaving them on a plate & then drain them 2. Peel the Onion, remove the ends & chop into small pieces 3. Peel & crush the Garlic Clove 4. Cut & remove the seeds & stem from the Red Pepper then chop into small pieces 5. Heat the Oil & Butter in a pan then add the Vegetables and cook for approx. 7 mins 6. Add Curry Powder, Rice & Water & stir (Add salt to season here if you wish) 7. Bring the mixture to the boil and then simmer 8. Add a lid to the pan and cook for 10 more mins 9. Add Prawns & Peas 10. Place lid back on & cook for a further 2-3 mins 11. Take pan off the hob & leave for 5 mins 12. Serve & Enjoy!
