How to make One Pot Chicken & Veg Spaghetti
I stumbled across this gem of a recipe one day during January when I was trying to get back on the road to a healthy lifestyle but also struggling with the cravings for rubbish due to binging over the Christmas break. The reason I feel this is such a perfect easy student recipe for those who are on a budget and trying to keep dirty dishes to a minimum is because we only need 1 pot, a bowl and probably a fork too depending what stage you’ve sunk to.
The veggie spaghetti made in the video serves up to 4 people with regular appetites or 1-2 if you’re like me and never feel full. It can be kept for a few days in the fridge if you’re wanting to prep your meals for the week ahead (which I highly suggest as it saves time, money and usually ends up being healthier).
If you haven’t already make sure you like, subscribe and share the video it really helps me out so I can keep producing more videos and pursue this passion of mine!
