Ingredients:
1 spring onion 1 bag uncle bens basmati rice 1 egg soy sauce Instructions: 1. Heat your oil in a wok. Beat your egg and add to the pan and cook until dry, constantly stirring 2. Warm your rice in the microwave and chop your onion 3. Add your rice to the pan and add your spring onion 4. Add your soy sauce to preference 5. Serve and enjoy - you could also chop bacon and chicken up and add this in.
