First you must “hull” your strawberries, This means removing the tough stem. The easiest way I found was sticking a straw from the bottom up.
Then place your strawberries sugar and 5 ice cubes in an electric blender and allow to puree
Transfer to a jug and add crushed ice and your gin or vodka. Add a splash of cranberry juice and serve.
