1 Carton of Crème Fraiche
Bunch of chives
2-3 tsp Paprika
1. Wash and finely chop the chives
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the crème fraiche and chives together then mix in the paprika
3. Whisk the ingredients together quickly so they are well blended and the dip appears to have taken on the paprika colouring.
To make this dip slightly spicier, Sprinkle in some crushed red chillies. You can also substitute the crème fraiche for some good quality mayonnaise for a more savoury dip.
