Tip of tsp cinnamon
Zest of lemon
15g porridge oats
35g natural yoghurt
1. Peel, Core and slice your apples and place them in a pot with your honey and cinnamon, 3 tbsp. water and the zest of your lemon.
2. Cover and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally
3. Allow this to cool
4. Under your grill toast your oats for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
5. Placed your apple mixture, yoghurt and oats in your blender until smooth. Gradually add the milk.
6. Serve and enjoy.
